The basics

What is a wedding podcast?

A wedding podcast is a real podcast filmed live at your wedding. A professional host interviews your guests on camera in a lit, two-camera studio, then we deliver the full video, a produced episode (audio and video) and edited vertical clips. It's more personal than the wedding film and more fun than the photos.

What exactly do we get?

The full video of every interview, a produced podcast episode in audio and video, and edited vertical clips for social. Longer coverage adds a cinematic highlight trailer, more clips and a private feed and video link for family.

How much does it cost?

Every wedding is quoted individually, based on how much coverage you want, your date and your venue. Send us a few details through the inquiry form and we'll reply within one business day with availability and a quote.

When do we get the full video and clips?

You'll get a sneak-peek clip the next day. The full video, the produced episode and your edited clip set arrive in about 4 weeks.

How many cameras do you use?

Two. One wide shot and one close-up, so the episode cuts like a real show. We add studio lighting and broadcast mics so it looks and sounds professional, even in a dim ballroom.

Do guests have to be on camera?

Never. Guests can say no, keep it short, or skip the studio entirely. Our host reads the room, and nothing is ever posted publicly. You decide what gets shared.

What file formats do we receive, and how do we share them?

Video comes as high-resolution MP4 files, the episode as MP4 and MP3, and clips as vertical MP4s ready for Instagram and TikTok. Everything is delivered through a private download link you can share with family.

How is this different from an audio guestbook or a video booth?

An audio guestbook phone records one-way voicemails, and a video booth records people talking to a screen. We bring a professional host who asks follow-up questions on camera, so you get real conversations and stories, produced into a finished episode, full video and clips.

Does this replace our videographer?

No, it complements them. Your videographer films the ceremony and the day; we film the conversations: the stories, advice and roasts nobody else captures. Many couples say it's the most personal media from their wedding.

Where do you work?

All over Oklahoma, from big-city ballrooms to backroad barns. Planning a wedding outside Oklahoma? Ask us. For the right event, we'll travel.

How long have you been around?

We launched in Oklahoma in September 2026, with a small team of hosts, camera operators and producers who treat every wedding like a season premiere.

How much of the day do you cover?

As much as you like, from cocktail hour through the dance floor, or the whole day starting with getting-ready interviews. Every wedding gets the full video, a produced episode and edited clips. Tell us what you're picturing and we'll recommend coverage in your quote.

How do we reserve our date?

Send an inquiry and we'll confirm availability and send your quote. Once you're happy with it, a signed agreement and a retainer lock in your date.

How far in advance should we book?

Spring and fall Saturdays book 6 to 9 months out. Weeknights, Sundays and winter dates often have availability a few weeks ahead, so it's always worth asking.

Can you film at an outdoor venue in Oklahoma wind and heat?

Yes. Our mics use windscreens built for prairie gusts, our lights and cameras run on battery, and in summer heat we look for shade or a breezeway. We keep the gear and the host cool so the line keeps moving.

What happens if it rains or storms?

We plan an indoor backup spot with your venue or coordinator ahead of time. The studio packs down and moves quickly, so a pop-up Oklahoma storm doesn't cost you any stories.

How much space do you need?

About a 10×10 ft corner for the two-camera studio, near the bar or lounge is ideal. No outlet required.

Will it be loud or disrupt the reception?

No. We set up a little away from the speakers, keep things low-key during the program, and pause for toasts, first dances and anything else on your timeline.

Can we choose the questions?

Absolutely. We send a prompt list a month before your wedding and you can add inside jokes, people to track down, or topics to avoid.

Do you film rehearsal dinners or welcome parties?

Yes. A rehearsal-dinner session is a great add-on because that's when families tell the best stories. Mention it in your inquiry.

Around Oklahoma

Where in Oklahoma City do you set up?

Anywhere your reception is: downtown hotels, Midtown rooftops, garden venues and private estates. We scout the room with your planner so the studio feels like part of the party.

How far in advance should OKC couples book?

Spring and fall Saturdays in Oklahoma City book up 6–9 months out. Weeknights and winter dates often have availability a few weeks ahead.

Is Tulsa included in your service area?

Yes. We film weddings all over Tulsa and its suburbs, from downtown ballrooms to backyard receptions in Broken Arrow, Jenks, Bixby and Owasso.

Can you record at outdoor Tulsa venues?

Yes. Our mics are built for noisy, open-air spaces. For outdoor receptions we bring a tent-friendly setup and windscreens.

Do you need power at barn venues in Edmond?

No. Our setup runs on battery packs for 8+ hours, so rustic venues without nearby outlets aren't a problem.

Can you work around OU home game weekends in Norman?

Yes. We plan load-in around game-day traffic and arrive early so setup is done before guests arrive.

Do you record rehearsal dinners in Broken Arrow?

Yes. A rehearsal-dinner session is a great add-on. It's when families tell the best stories.

Can the podcast studio work at a church reception in Moore?

Yes. We keep the setup low-key and family-friendly, and we'll follow any venue guidelines on music or timing.

Do you film weddings in Stillwater?

Yes. Stillwater crowds are full of OSU alumni with decades of stories. Tell us your date and venue and we will make it happen.
